I suppose you'd have to scroll back to the beginning to review all the troubleshooting steps that confirm everything is working on my end. An interesting read if you're inclined.

Okay - I'm inclined - so  I went back to page 1...and saw 1 mega post.. but you didn't answer any questions of mine...

Can you access your router from where you are now?

I haven't tried and frankly am unaware how. Last night after the timer reset the modem/router all was still working. A half hour later timers reset the cameras for 1 minute and everything now shows offline again. A friend was on site to troubleshoot with his laptop and phone. He was able to connect to the router with both and navigate the Internet. Using Dlink Lite he was able to access the cameras using the Local setting. All devices show green lights.

Apparently, when the cameras are reset my account goes kaflooey.

I would avoid doing any resets of the cameras. Cameras don't need to be reset with timers. Seems like there maybe something else causing your experiences then resetting the cameras with timers. If you need to reset the cameras, I would not do a 1 minute reset, try a 30 second reset. This really seems like if local connections are working or on site local user, then possible the links between the main host router and ISP service should be investigated now, regardless of when things had been working or not. I've had my camera online for days and days and I don't need to use any timers with it. Granted, I only have one camera.  ::)

I hope RYAT can help you with this. Please give feed back to his queries.

I'm kind of at a loss at this point.

I have 1 camera I power on/off,does take a couple minutes before in the mydlink app.

You should really configure port forwarding on your cameras in your router.  That way you can access the camera regardless of cloud from mydlink. .. and you can use Pruett apps such as ipcam  viewer.

Which router are you using and who is the isp?

Here we go again...all offline in canada  All my cams red x except for 932l for past 12 hours in canada. Same with my relatives . Now only one 932 l remains online all the rest offline. Im hoping for a server issue as all cams accessible direct thru port forward and ip and are green lights on

This maybe a MDL service issue in your region.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

D-Link is aware of the problem and is working on it. I guess the problem started last night. Please be patient while they correct the problem.
Thank you.

I can't access my camera via D-Link, but can locally by the ip address. It was working fine for a while. I saw the post from earlier today. I'll try again tomorrow.

I got an email motion alert along with a photo. I logged in, the device showed online this time but never saw video. Tried again a few minutes later and got connected to the camera with video/audio.
