DNR 322L auto - shutdown script

Hi, Everyone

Our Company have a D-link DNR-322L and we also have a UPS Machine in our office, unfortunately our UPS have no support for USB input in our D-Link DNR-322L, so as an alternative, we would like to use a script to shut it down instead of shutting it down thru the browser. This script will be run by our UPS software (PowerShute) when the UPS is shutting down.

I saw a thread (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=8362.0) but it is only working for a different model. I hope someone can help me on this.
