DNS-327L problems

At the time that i didnt owned a DNS-327L everything run smoothly with my 2 DCS-932L cameras. I downloaded D-link Lite for my android phone, I registered on my dilk cloud account and I was able to check everytime of the day what was going on.
Now that I bought a NAS to record my cameras I am not able to use the D-link Lite app from my cell phone and sometimes  I am not able to check whats going on from dlinks cloud...

The NAS surveillance app runs fine, I did the setup and everything goes fine.


Why am I not able to use the dlink lite from my phone??? Any suggestions?

Why am I not able to drag and drop a whole folder to my NAS ("my files" folder) and only files???

What region are you located?

What FW versions are currently loaded on the DNS and DCS cameras?

Be aware that there maybe some mydlink.com service interruptions for maintenance or problems with the service. If your current system configuration has worked before and you haven't made any changes, there maybe some service interruptions that maybe your experiencing.
Can you access the devices via PC instead of mobile phone? PC at work?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

Are you able to see the DCS-932L live camera feed from the mydlink.com website using a remote PC (i.e. PC not in your LAN)?
