Changing Routers from DI-524 to WBR-1310

Currently I have a DI-524 Router. I just bought a WBR-1310 Router. I'm thinking about switching to the WBR-1310.

I was reading some reviews on the WBR-1310 and many people are saying it has some problems, but the problems go away if I upgrade it to "DI-524 rev.D" firmware. What is this all about? and How do I upgrade WBR-1310's firmware to firmware for DI-524?

Hmm?..I wonder if doing this would help the Mac Leopard issues? ???
