What happened to the DCM-301?

I'm looking for a new cable modem, and I found some references on the interwebs to the D-Link DCM-301. However I can't find this thing for sale anywhere, and it doesn't appear on D-Link's website (except in an old press release and this old spec sheet: http://www.dlink.com/serviceprovider/PDFs/DCM-301_ds.pdf).

What is the status of the DCM-301? Has it been discontinued? Was it ever for sale?  ???

Not sure. I have never seen this out on the market. I might call DLink and ask. Might be on hold or not released yet or may have been scra pped.

There are other good cable modems out there. Motorola is the best IMO.
