Hello,
I've upgrade the firmware using the android app( when I logged in, I had a message saying there is an upgrade of firmware
so  i've done it, the camera was wired connected ).

so far so good, it took some time and at the end the upgrade was ok! camera restarted ok! working!

The problem is that doen't send mail on events (motion nor sounds).
The mail sending test is ok and I receive the test mail : [NOTIFICATION]The Result of Server Test of Your IP Camera

But no way to have an email on events!!!

Is there is 'something' or a particular configuration settings that interfere with the email notifications?

Anyone got an idea ?

Many thanks in advance for ideas/suggestions/known issues/etc.....

Did you check the configuration of the camera to make sure the previous settings were intact?
Is uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding enabled ON the camera? Enabled both if there not.
