1. Fixed HTTPS issue that cause Pan/Tilt and Day/Night control not work from portal/app
2. Fixed the issue in which IP Cam cannot create FTP folder with FTP server on Netgear R7000 Router.
3. Modify Time Zone Table list to support some existing time zones changes.
4. Fixed when IP Cam connects to wireless router and its Direct Mode is also activated simultaneously, the wireless devices can discover other IP cameras (connect to wireless router) through the AP mode connection.
