What browser do you use to manage the NAS? Try IE or FF. Try compatibility mode when in IE.If this continues, I would factory reset the DNS, manually reload the FW file, factory reset once again then set up the DNS from scratch using IE or FF and test. Set up a static IP address of 192.168.#.20.
