dns 320l bug?

first of all  my dns 320l loses someof its networked shared settings after i shutdown or restart the nas , i need to add a new share folder in order for it to appear

 no dlna media can detect any medias inside the nas

any changes made after saving then restarting the nas wont save

What browser do you use to manage the NAS?
Try IE or FF. Try compatibility mode when in IE.

If this continues, I would factory reset the DNS, manually reload the FW file, factory reset once again then set up the DNS from scratch using IE or FF and test. Set up a static IP address of 192.168.#.20.

thanks for the reply i tried to reset multiple times, also tried to reload firmware uprgrades, change browsers still the problem exist.

also some buttons dont work after 3days of nas turned on. sometimes in localbackup the box where it list the localbackups setting wont appear i need to reset the device for it to appear then it will just disappear

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. You may have a faulty unit ask for an RMA. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
