Unknown Problem

Hi, i have the D-Link WBR-2310 of course.

I have the following problems:

Limited or No Connectivity on any Computer, Self Assigned IP (DHCP? is failing to respond for a IP Address)
Reset Hole doesn't do anything even though its exposed and i can hear a "click sound".
Can't access default IP: 192.168.0.1 (could be that router not responding?)
No internet access through any computer (of course)

I've tried everything i can do but everything still fails. Please help!

MacBook (late 2008 running boot camp)
Dell Laptop Inspiron 6400
Compaq Presario S4000NX
