Bonjour,

Hello,
thank you for the information above, does it work if they have allowed the "unsafe applications" by enabling it in:

open gmail or => https://myaccount.google.com/security?hl=fr#activity => you can click directly on this link to go directly to the appropriate page and connect you if you are not logged in beginning
account setting
account and import
Edit the account settings: => Other settings in your Google Account
connection and security => Activity on the devices and notifications
Setting "Allow less secure applications" => activated

Once this from fat, you can do a test

Can we assume this is a continuation of http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=51162.0 topic and you are trying to get notifications from your DNS-320L to your Gmail account?

If you are asking if this works then all I can say is what I described is how we setup NAS notifications for one of our clients and it does work.

If you are having problems please follow the instructions exactly for this to work otherwise the Gmail security functions will block what they consider to be attempts to subvert the system.

Hello,
This is a contribution,
I made a clarification on the configuration method
if gmail is not properly configured, st impossible to receive notifications from the NAS.

Thank you for confirming that it works for you but it does need care in setting it up.  Unfortunately most people do something wrong and then ask a question here and I and others try to help but seldom hear if what advice we gave worked or not.

One other comment.  It is good practice to make comments about a thread in the actual thread.  That way anyone searching can read the complete thread in sequence.
