doesn't work with DNR-322L.  It shows up in the list but can't see anything from any of the cameras or view any recordings. It's all blank.


Why can't we get this working? The 322L has been out forever. update the firmware or something, jesus christ.

if dlink can't figure out how to get it working post a damn job on upwork.com or freelancer.com and pay someone in china $50 to fix it.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I will. Should I ask for level 2 or 3?

 I am willing to pay dlink $1,000 to fix this. I already invested $1800 in all of the cameras, the nvr, and drives for it. It would be too much a hassle to return everything to the store and get a different brand

Try 2 then if not, ask for 3.

Tech support pointed me to use the D-ViewCam Mobile App for the DNR-322L instead of the mydlink™ View-NVR Mobile App.

It does work much better than the mydlink™ View-NVR Mobile App . My only complaint is that you can't view clips when motion is detected... You have to kind of guess, and then you can only view 15 minutes at a time
