Hi I would like to ask, is there any posibility to fix macOS Sierra compatibility with DNS320L Time Machine feature? Apple changed AFP to SMB protocol to make TM backups.

If Apple is using the standard SMB protocol all you should need to do is activate SMB on the DNS-320L.

It is not that simple. I think SMB is on by default. And when I turn off TimeMachine option on DNS320L mac does not find any disks. If I turn TM on on DNS302L mac sees only AFP connection - which does not work.
Connection via AFP results in OSStatus error 65

As far as I know CIFS/SMB is not on by default.  It, together with FTP and WebDav have to be applied to each user individually.

It is found using the webUI under 'Management' --> 'Account Management'.  Specifically Step 4.1 'Assign Privileges/ Access Methods'.

Sorry that didn't work.  Unfortunately we don't have any Apple equipment here so there is no way we can test something like this.

Something you might want to contact D-Link support about and ask them to see if it could be changed in there FW.
