Trying to contact Dlink support vial email and it requires a Dlink #, drawing shows on back of camera. There is no # on back of camera, I have the mac address and serial number on the card it came with! but no dlink #.
The problem I am having the camera is fine in local mode but when I try to look at it via mydlink it takes forever to load or never loads. When it does load it do not stay connected.
