Firmware: v20.12 B01 12/21/2016

Note:
1. The firmware version is advanced to v20.12.

Problems Resolved:
1. Fixes TCP port 23 still remains opened after turn off telnet function in web GUI.
2. Fixes device may crash after the penetration testing with WVS vulnerability scan.
3. Fixes reported CSRF exploits.
