Hi Guys I have the same problem this guy do http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=56665.0 at roblox game but in the DSL-2750u and I dont know ho to config the QoS to.
theres my cousin have an internet with speed :
Download : 530 kb/s
Upload : 112 kb/s

and mine is :
Download : 1.6 mb/s
Upload : 125 kb/s

Example : theres a game called Phantom Forces in ROBLOX (Maybe the biggest game there), he load it in 1 minute, me I load it in 5 minutes or more, not just that my ping like goes to 50k+ ms, so I dont really get the problem, is it from router? or the internet?, because I tried a lot of routers not just D-Link.

What do you mean by "he load it in 1 minute, me I load it in 5 minutes or more"
What PC platform are you using? Windows or Apple?

Hi Furry,

- The Hardware version is V2.
- My currently firmware is ME_1.15, it was ME_1.03 before, I update it because I thought the problem will go.
- Im in the Middle East/Oman.

First Im using Windows 10, Secondly I mean by "he load it in 1 minute, me I load it in 5 minutes or more", let me explain, when you join any game in ROBLOX, theres a gray box appear and thats mean the game is loading now, so when the box disappear that means you load the game so my cousin load it faster than me and his internet service is not better than mine and know that we are the same ISP.

Is your PC wired or wireless connected to the DSL modem?
Is anyone else using the modem and internet while your gaming?

Yes I tried a different PC's but they are not windows 7 all of them windows 10.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
