I tried the v101 and v102, both UA, when I open Aria2 it shows me always "Launch Not Found".

I tried the v103 COM, I can find the launch button but often doesn't work web server on port 83. If I turn off and turn on the add on then sometime the web server works.

Can somebody help me? What can I check when web server doesn't start?
