Cant connect to my 933L camera via cellphone

Good morning. I can't connect to my 933L camera using my cellphone data service. I can only connect using wifi. I get a could not reconnect to the device message. I was referred to dlink upper tier tech but haven't get a response.

What mobile service, phone/device and OS, and router do you have?

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
