Update:
I changed the range of the address pool so the devices would be within it however, the connected clients as displayed on the Home page and QoS Engine still do not match.
DHCP pool - 192.168.1.150 - 192.168.1.250
Dir 890 L Home / Connected Clients (Device 1 - 192.168.1.150, Device 2 - 192.168.1.151, Device 3 - 192.168.1.152
Dir 890 L QoS Engine / Connected Clients (Device 1 = 192.168.1.199, Device 2 - 192.168.1.236, Device 3 - 192.168.1.236, Device 3 - 192.168.1.152)
Device 3 is the only one with the correct address and has never been added to the QoS Engine.
The QoS engine is displaying their respective DHCP addresses prior to adding the reservations for 1.150 and 1.151.
At this point, it seems the only option is to perform a factory reset even though the Qos Engine "should" display the same addresses as the Home page connected clients.
