The ISP is installing the Arris model TG2492LG, replacing the Arris DG1662, which i have. According to them, it's the latest they are handling. I donīt have another option.
I will keep DIR-860L fw 1.10 and see how it works with Arris.

Hello.
After evaluating for one week with the new ISP mta set in bridge mode, the dlink router date and time keeps changing back to -6 GMT central time US and Canada, but now every three hours, and when that happens, the devices connected to my router, disconnect from internet and i must set router date and time again to -3GMT and reboot the router. Again, i think there is something wrong with dlink ntp servers.

What Time zone?

NTP servers have been and are working for me...
I'm in USA and MST zone.

In Dlink Router, change Primary and secondary DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and enable dns relay.

What ports uses ntp1.dlink.com and ntp.dlink.com.tw? To tell ISP to unblock those ports.

Buenos Aires -3 GMT. Tried with Brasilia time -3GMT, and Greenland -3 GMT, but they all change to -6 GMT Central US time.
 
I used the router with other ISP and it has worked fine, at least for 48 hours.
My ISP says they are not blocking NTP ports.
Something is happening since September 1st, 03:00 AM, when the router changed for the first time, the time and date to -6 GMT.

Just donīt know what else to do.

I presume if it worked with this other ISP and it's not working with your current ISP, there maybe a ISP service issue.

Port 123 is NTP port.

Not sure what your ISP is doing.

When it was on the working ISP, what ISP Mfr and model modem was the 860L connected too there?

mfr NUCOM model R5000UN bridge mode.

But 72 hours later, the dlink router date and time changed  to -6 GMT Central US time. New public IP address kept the right date and time - 3 GMT for a long time, but again every three hours got back to -6 GMT.

I will use another router and this dlink dir-860l will set it as access point.
Last question: In acess point mode: the dir-860 keeps date and time correct because the other router provides the date and time, or not?

Using lan to lan connected? Time is done by 860 amd would need too be manually set and ntp service disabled.
