DNS-320L slow access with High_Sierra finder
« on: November 23, 2017, 01:22:05 AM »

Hi,
I have recently upgraded to latest MacOs and my 320L (latest firmware) speed is horrible.
Finder takes ages (even crashes) to access the files.  >:( >:(
Any ideas what sort of changes I need to make on my mac/dlink to resolve the situation?

cheers and thanks in advance!

pres cmd + K and then post: smb://dns320L_IP_Adress/Volume

it will establish connection to disk via smb protocol

How is your Mac connected to the DNS? Wired or wireless?

What is the Mfr and model# of the main host router?
