Hi All

I am having difficulties accessing my DNS from windows10
Windows security keeps asking me to enter network credentials, I enter my username and password but nothing happens, and this credentials window keeps showing, and access is denied.
However, sometimes it works okay when I restart my both my PC and DNS together but I still don't understand what was the condition.

I can still access my DNS from my Internet browser by typing the IP, but not from windows and this is very annoying.
I updated to the latest firmware and used the latest storage utility, but no luck.

These are the information written on the label under my DNS just in case this helps.
DNS Version is DNS 340L
H/W Ver: A1 F/w Ver 1.01

I'm very frustrated, I appreciate your help.

• What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Is the DNS getting a Dynamic IP address from the main host router? I recommend using a Static IP address ON the DNS set to 192.168.#.34 or .40. Might set a reserved IP address for your Windows 10 PC on the main host router as well.
