Kindly requesting your urgent help with the following:
A few days ago, my DCS-8300LH camera stopped connecting to the wifi. The LED light was a constant red light
I tried several times to reset this by holding down on the reset button for more than 10 seconds(and even longer at times) but the light still was showing as red.
I held down the reset button with a paper clip.
Could anyone please assist me with this, or suggest a work around
