D-Link DCS-932L url command to make zoom using opencv C++ code

Hello, actually i am working on my final degree project and i am using OpenCV library with Visual Studio 2017 to analize streaming video captured by my
D-Link DCS-932L camera. I am connecting with this camera through Ethernet cable using the following url: http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@IP/video/mjpg.cgi
Unfortunately i am not able to find any url command for PTZ (to change the digital zoom increment), just like it is possible to do from web API. Can anyone help my with this issue ?  Thanks a lot in advance.

I have not seen a url command for digital zoom unfortunately for D-Link cameras.  Hopefully another forum user has a definite answer.
