DAP-1330 Range Extender - Random limited connection

Hello,
I've recently bought DAP-1330 Wifi Range Extender and it is working well except one thing. Once in a time ( can be 3 times in 10 minutes or only 1 time per day ) I get limited connection for about 8 seconds... And it is very annoying.. I was playing a online game and I was playing 1 long round for 2 hours and before the end I got limited connection and all my progress got lost.. Please help me what should I do.. Thanks in advance

  • What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What is the Mfr and model# of the router that the DAP is connected too?
How wifi modes are you using on this router?
What channels are you using?
How far away is the DAP from the main host router?

1.) My HW version is A1 ( not sure if this is what you want to know )

2.) Firmware version - upgraded to one which I downloaded from your site: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=72438.0

Mfr and model#? Idk what you mean... Like what is the main wifi router from which is the signal sent to extender?

Wifi modes? I'm only using it to get better connection in my room because original signal from main router is so weak..

Channels? 2.4GHz ( not sure if this is what you want to know )

It's not so far, everytime 2 green lights are turned on ( Sometimes only 1 ) but never the red one so this is alright.

Please tell me what to do. Thanks
