Hi D-Link team,
I'm writing to ask for your assistance to get my DNS-320L back to life!
BackgroudMy NAS worked smoothly with the static IP 192.168.1.3 and I was really happy until the short power failure.[/br]
After this brief outage, the NAS is not accessible anymore. All other devices have rebooted and back to normal.[/br]
My approach so far to get my little baby back to life:- Check DHCP client list on router: 192.168.1.3 / NAS not listed
- Apply "D-Link Storage Utility": No NAS is listed
- Apply "ShareCenter Setup Wizard": No NAS is listed
- OK, let's reset the NAS by pressing the reset button for 10sec
- Check for blinking power LED: Jep, it is blinking
- Check DHCP client list on router: NAS not listed
- Last idea, build a "private" network with a switch + pc + NAS
- Check for blinking power LED: Jep, it is blinking
- Check DHCP is running on switch: Yes it is enabled; IP range 192.168.0.100 - 200
- Check DHCP client list: NAS not listed
I would appreciate your feedback to solve this issue.
