Posting of try this update even though you don't have any problem, IS not recommended.
If your modem is working well for you then theres not need to update. I recommend only trying this if your having problems with the modem.

My Device is : DSL-2750U H/W C1

I installed 1.0.14 Ver From ftp://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/ADSL/DSL-2750U/Firmware/ ( by Force flash way )
very very good
my kernel now is updated
and
UI in very User Friendly 




Force Flash Upgrade :
- Switch router off
- press the reset button ie insert ballpoint pen in reset hole under the router
- keep holding the reset button and turn on the router
- Keep holding the reset button for about 12 seconds after you power on the router.
- Now you'll see that the power led has turned red signifying that the router is in crash recovery mode.
- When you enter the address 192.168.1.1 on your PC browser, you find the upgrade firmware page.
- Just browse to the downloaded firmware file and flash!
- Enjoy the many new features!

I really enjoyed it. That worked for me too.
I used the file named: " DSL_2750_v1.0.14_cfe_fs_kernel " in the following address:
ftp://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/ADSL/DSL-2750U/Firmware/Rev.C/1.0.14/

I just registered on this site to say thank you!!!
My router power led would turn red and stop working.Wifi would also occasionaly dissconnect.
I have searched a lot for solutions for this problem and after finding none I was about to buy a new router.
Tried flashing this firmware after reading the comment Posted by: a.zaynali

Which files did you use..  i am in same position and it is hell trying to recover.. i am not sure which file to be picked for flashing the firmware..  Dlink firmware infra is too bad..  and support is messed up Need help.

Followed all the steps mentioned. After upgrade, the router boots back to power light being red. I am no clue what is going wrong

So far with nothing and having wasted close to 10+ hrs, i will give it a try with USB to TTL cable and reset RAM.
Some how started to hate this Dlink process altogether..

• What Hardware version is your modem? Look at the sticker under modem.
• Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
• What region are you located?

LAN ports?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch.
