Thank you for the quick response. Sorry I sounded a little harsh, it's just frustrating.
What region are you located?
South America.
Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
Directly with Cat 6 cable.
Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?
Yes. Tried the DDWRT build available on D-Link's FTP, was unstable, upgraded to latest vanilla DDWRT build, bootlooped, then reverted to stock (1.05 middle for recovery mode) and updated to 1.2.
Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
- What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
- What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
It's a local fiber ISP, connected to the WAN port with PPPoE. (140/75 Down/Up)
Do other games exhibit the same? Do other PCs exhibit the same?
Not a game, but I run a Plex server on a Raspberry Pi 4 that uses UPnP for remote access. Remote access only works when manually forwarding the port.
If WRT isn't stable then you'll need to notify the DD-WRT team over on there forum site for that.
Trust me, I've been there. There's no definitive stable firmware. There are even custom DDWRT builds for this.
The DIR-882 is not designed or categorized as a "gaming" router:

D-Link last "gaming" router was the DGL-5500. D(G)L was the model nomenclature for a gaming router.
This is the box the router came in:
