Unable to access dlinkap.local via any Android devices. IOS ok

Hello
Have a D-Link DAP-1610 . Hardware version A1. Firmware 1.05

It's very odd.  My Android devices connect fine to the access point extended wifi to browse web. However neither Android device can successfully browse to dlinkap.local or 192.168.0.50

My Apple iPhone 5S running IOS 12.4.1 can access dlinkap.local with no issues.  I used the iPhone to successfully perform the management, configuration, and firmware update on the DAP-1610.

My Android devices are and Essential PH1 running Android 10.  The other device  is an LG GPAD III running Android 7.0.

Just wondering why the Android devices cant access the management pages for the DAP-1610?
