I currently have DLINK DSR250 router on my network with a subnet at 192.168.100.100
I also have a server on that network at 192.168.100.101
And my gateway is at 192.168.100.1
I'd link to be able to connect from a client computer in OSX, from another subnet at home and via the internet, using L2TP over IPsec.
So far I've managed to connect using VPN,via that router, but only on a different subnet as the router won't let me set the same subnet. I've check what adresses my VPN connexion has once it's established and I get 192.168.99.2 for my IP ...and also 192.168.99.2 for the router with no subnet mask...
So the end result is that I can't connect to the OSX server at 192.168.100.101
Does someone know what I'm doing wrong ? or what I forgot ?
