Hello, need help here

When unplugging the strip from the wall socket it does not turn on at all!!! What is going on?

After a while (months maybe) it stops measuring the consumption (in mydlink app) from the devices connected to the strip!!

This kind of issues should not be happening to something that costs more than 100€
