Website URL filtering

I was looking at an older manual for DIR-1360 and I see that there is a website URL filtering.

https://www.192-168-1-1-ip.co/manuals/19620.pdf

But looking at own router, there is no such feature. Checking with the current manual, there seems to be no filtering.
Did this feature get removed?  Is there anything I can do to block certain URL at the router level?
