its been almost a year that you guys posted Firmware Version: ME_1.08beta(R1B024) for DSL-2877AL and even though I have never seen a company puts a beta version for public use but still no update or news about when the final version will be released since all the firmware for the A3 version has so many bugs and it annoys every single user.
This is no customer support that anyone expects when we pay for a product. seems you guys just made that model for a specific number of countries and then kicked him out of the house and told him "now you are on your own".
with this price, we could buy a way better device but once again we got fooled by brand name.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. Each region controls FW releases.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

D-Link has offered betas for years depending upon product and priorities.

You will need to contact support/customer service in your country and let them know. This product is not sold in the US so I do not have an answer for you. There are times DSL modems are sold directly to an ISP and the firmware schedule is up to them. Did you get this from your ISP or did you purchase it from a 3rd party website?

the problem is that each time I restart the modem I am no longer connected to the internet I have to delete the wan parameters and add them again so that it works that there is an update to do I have not found an update on your website and mine dates from 2016 thank you
