How to get sound on both Speakers and Handset

While using the DPH-50U only, everything works just fine.  But when I want to video chat on skype, i need to go to skype settings and change the audio sound settings for speakers to my soundcard.  And then when i want to go back to using my handset, I have change it back!

How do I get sound on both speakers and my handset???

This will be a question for Skype.  I don't think it's possible unless Skype developer make it happen.
But then when you have an incoming call, you don't want your conversation to go to the speaker when you
are talking on the handset.  Hence, you have to go to skype setting and change it back to handset.
