A DGL-4500 E, huh?  Thats a new one for me.  Last I checked its only an A1 or A2.  I must have slept through rev b, c, and d.

I don't know if that game has additional requirements but I had to reserve an IP address for my 360 and then set the Game port forwarding to point to that IP address.
This supposedly lets any XBOX Live game work.
If additional ports need forwarded you'll need to check the docs with the game to see which ones and forward them as well.

I just configured the 360 network settings to auto.
You can reserve the IP address under the top menu "BASIC" group, left menu "NETWORK SETTINGS" area.
With the 360 hooked up you can "ADD DHCP RESERVATION" and pick the 360 on the "Computer Name" drop down.  The name was blank for my 360.
Once you've reserved a fixed IP address for it, select the top menu "ADVANCED" group, left menu "GAMING" area.  Select "XBOX Live" for the "Select Application" drop down, select the IP address you reserved for the 360 with the "Computer Name" drop down and save your settings.
If additional ports are required, the manual with WAW should list them and you manually add them from the same area you set up XBOX Live.
