Problem with my DWA552
« on: December 21, 2009, 03:08:59 AM »

I received my DWA 552 yesterday and I installed it in my new pc (win7 64bit). It worked for like 5~10 min and my computer suddenly didn't recognize it -Device cannot start (code10) -. I tried almost everything to make this thing work and I still didn't get any result. here are the things that I tried.

-download the newest update files
-take out the card and put it back over 8 times
-windows updates

I really don't know what to do now. please help me. I don't want to waste my F***ING $60

Hi shura,

In addition to posting here, have you tried calling D-Link Support?

http://support.dlink.com/products/warranty/1year_classb.pdf

D-Link Technical Support at 1-877-453-5465, who will attempt to assist the customer in resolving any
suspected defects with the product. If the product is considered defective, the customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number by
completing the RMA form and entering the assigned Case ID Number at https://rma.dlink.com/

You haven't mentioned the motherboard and manufacturer.
