Audio AC3 in MKV

with the new version of tversity and all codecs installed, I can see an mkv file, but the quality of sound is destorced. Other files avi, xvid for example,  works well with AC3 without being transcoded.
I have noticed that when I play the file on the computer the audio is good,  AC3 filter works an decodes, but when Tversity is transcoding AC3 filter doesn't work...

I have already deactivate transcoding Ac3 in ffdshow audio decoder...what can I do?
