Although I don't mind testing this beta FW, I would like to know what's being looked at to cure the wireless packet issue. My network is a necessary part of my wife's business so I just need to know if there is a game plan to tackle the issue.

If there is no resolution by the end of December, I'll need to go ahead and send my A1 back in via RMA. It seems there are lots of people here willing to help so that's a good thing.

I had powerloss to my home on Sunday after installing the beta FW and it seemed to have run fine for 3 days without locking up. Wireless does seem to slow down at points so I will report back after a week of uptime.

Thanks.

Wow, no replies. I'll just direct my attention to RMAing this router and moving on.

I haven't seen any thing from DLink regarding wireless packet drop. There's been many posts and I think Lycan is reviewing them. I presume that they know and are probably working on them. I hope.  :-\
