Bit torrent client issues when using Safari
« on: June 29, 2009, 11:20:46 AM »

Hello,
I recently switched from a PC to a Mac, and in terms of settings things up everything works more or less the same, with one exception.  Whenever I access the BT client on the DNS-323, and browse to a torrent file to add to the list, it won't add it.  I can click on "ADD" all day long but it won't add it (and therefore I can't start it).  Tried it from my PC at the same time and it worked just fine as usual.

So, it looks to me like a Safari vs. Internet Explorer issue, but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing that and, if so, whether anything can be done to get around this?

Thanks

I have the same problem too, so I switched to Firefox ;)

aha! That's good to know.  I'll get Firefox, then (at least for that one purpose)...I just hope D-Link realizes it and start supporting Safari as well.  Good to know there's an interim solution: thanks!

Google Chrome on OS X doesn't work either. I was so ever hopeful too!
