mkv streamed from a dns-323

mkv's stored on the dns-323 with the dlna server running, the file starts playing fine, but if i stop it and then try to resume, message pops up that the file format is not supported.

play any other mkv that normally play fine from that point onwards and the same message is displayed... that the file format is not supported...

if the dsm-750 is powered off and then back on again, the same mkv's play fine (no need to restart the dns-323)

bah this is annoying...
