We've been using the DNS-323 for several months now and it's worked great. However, yesterday I found that it had been powered down. I turned it back on and it worked fine for a few hours and then shut itself down again. I gave it a rest for several hours before turning it back on. This happened a third time, but now it won't turn on at all.
I assume the drives are okay since it never signaled a failure and it seemed to work fine after it happened the first two times. But I'm wondering if I need to send it in or if there is something else I can try.
