Hello

I've successfully used Shareport sharing a printer without problems. Both Windows XP and Windows 7 worked fine (I have DIR-655 router).

Suddenly, about a couple of weeks ago, Shareport on Windows 7 doesn't connect anymore.
The machine can ping 192.168.0.1 and by name dlinkrouter without problems, and I've also disabled the built-in Windwos firewall (even though it's been always on, also when Shareport worked fine).

I've created a support case, but the technicians say it's a Windows 7 problem. They cannot help.
To be sure to not be victim of recently installed Microsoft automatic updates, I've made a system rollback. The result is the same - Shareport does not connect. The menu on the tray icon doesn't show the checked entry with the router name and IP number as the one on the Windows XP does.

Interesting. The D-Link technicians are not able to help... who can, then??

PS: in order to try different ways, I've put a USB key instead of the printer but the problem still remains.

Greetings

Shareport version 1.15
The setting "Enable Multicast Streams" is on, even if it doesn't affect my system at all.
The router clock is synchronised correctly.
European version.
