Hmm,
I just noticed that the "Limit outgoing bandwidth to" functionality used KB/second (KiloBytes) as its unit, just as the ftp server flow control. At the same time my adsl modem uses Kb/second (Kilobits). This means that there is a factor of 8 difference in these units, which might confuse quite a few people trying to set a suitable bandwidth limit. Maybe the severity of the issue boils down to "How network savvy does Dlink assume the users of this function are", as this issue is present almost universally. Maybe a note about this in the sidebar help would be sufficient?
Anyway, the units used should at least be consistent within the application (whole dns-323 box in this case). This, at least, seems to be ok.
