Changing the IP of the router

  I am trying to change the IP address of the router from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.200.  I enter the new address then click on "Save Settings", and then get the message back of: "Please specify another name".  What is that?  How do I also change that dynamic addresses also use 192.168.1.---?
