WBR-2310 can not ping Windows 7 Computer

I have a WBR-2310 and have been using it for years.  I just bought a new Dell Computer with Windows 7.  Although the Windows 7 computer can access some of the Windows XP computers, none of the Windows XP computers can access the Windows 7 Computer.  From the WBR-2310, I can ping all of my computers and received a Successful response except for the Windows 7 Computer.  It times out when pinged from the WBR-2310.  It appears that a port is closed on the Windows 7 computer, but I do not know which one.
