DSC-2121 image resolution over FTP

I have a dcs-2121 ip camera, I have created a profile 1 which has an image resolution of 1280x1024. I have setup and enabled FTP Server via browser. but when i test my camera, the images taken gets a resolution of 640x512, which seems to be profile 3, but in "Live Video" menu, i select Profile 1 and the resolution is correct (1280x1024), I can even take a snapshot to my pc directory from Live Video and get the correct resolution (1280x1024).
The PROBLEM is that i don't get high resolution (1280x1024) when i use ftp. why?what shall/can change to get 1280x1024 resolution images using FTP?
