Wireless TiVo Streaming too Slow

I had a DL-524. TiVo wireless video streaming worked great using g protocol. Router died. Replaced with 825. Now TiVo streams too slowly. Still using 2.4 gig g protocol and same TiVo wireless adapter.

Have spent a couple of hours on phone with D-Link and TiVo support to no avail. D-link had me try MANY different router settings.

I don't know a lot about this stuff. If it means anything, when I run download speed tests on one of my wireless computers connected to same router, the thing blazes at about 20 Mbps.

The router page says all wireless devices are connected at 54M.

Any help will be appreciated.
