Bittorreent keeps on rebuilding downloaded files

I will try my best to described my pblm as clearly as possible. I started 5 bittorrent movies and before I switch off my PC, I checked and 4 of them are already 50% completed with 1 at 100%. AFter I switch on my PC the next day, I access the DNS-323 and found that all were at 0% and bittorrent started to rebuild the file again (from already downloaded datat from HDD) as I can see the % completed steadily increasing while the download speed is at 0

This process keeps on repeating iiself. I got this probelm after I upgraded from firmware 1.05 to 1.08.  I have since reverted back to 1.05 but pblm still exist. Any idea whats wrong?
