accessing the admin page after initial setup
« on: January 23, 2010, 07:28:39 PM »

I can't seem to http to the 1522's administration/setup page after initially having it connected to my pc for 1st time setup. It now sits in another room, used in bridge mode....it has good connectivity, I have a dish network DVR and WDTV media player connected to it, and both have internet connectivity, so I know it's communicating wirelessly with my two-wire router/modem, but since then, I haven't been able to http to the 1522's IP address, which I left at 192.168.0.50...My pc (which is connected to the gateway modem/router) has it's IP address set to 192.168.0.53 and  my gateway modem/router  is set to 192.168.0.57. I basically changed the router/modem and this pc's addresses to match the default for the 1522 bridge, so I know everything is on the same subnet OK. Any ideas? Is it even possible to access the admin/setup page of the 1522 wirelessly, or does it require having a pc directly connected?

Don't use it's IP address, use it's name. Use http://dlinkap
