I have DIR-655 with FW 1.33NA. Every day or so the router will slow down (it's router, not internet b/c the router's login page would load very slowly whenever the problem occurs). Reboot router fixes the slow down. But one of my virtual server configurations will get corrupted. More specifically, it is always the one with port 8080 (in & out). For example, I have the virtual server setup to forward port 8080 requests to my internal server, say with IP of 192.168.0.101. After the reboot due to slow down, this virtual server will be disabled (checkbox unchecked) and the IP changed to 192.168.0.197.

I have several virtual servers setup, but it is always the one with port 8080 gets corrupted. I have tried moving the setting into different line of the virtual server setup page, but it does not make any difference. I have also tried reset my router configuration and re-setup everything from scratch (in case the problem is caused by config file created by the router when it was running older FW), also made no difference.

I really need port 8080 (I can't use other ports for reasons too long to explain here). I have always used D-Link routers since Wifi B days. I can't say my experience has been great b/c I have always encountered stability issues at one point or another during the life of each individual routers. If this cannot be resolved soon, I am ready to leave D-Link brand behind for good and move on to another company's product...
