SecureSpot disabled but sometimes SS window appears

These past few days, after playing two different games, my Internet browser opened and the securespot page showed up.  It would refuse me to accessing the Internet.  I would have to go log in to my router, enable/save, disable/save securespot and it'd be back to normal.  I'm not even a user of securespot.

My Hardware Version = A2
Firmware Version = 1.32NA

Thoughts?


Edit:  Is this what 1.34 Beta supposedly fixes?
Edit2:  At one point, I registered for the trial but didn't buy it after the trial.  I imagine I'm part of the group with regards to the besecure server move issue.
